Stamping A Banknote, You Hit Crooks And Thieves
Navalny in English

The party of Putin and Bourmatov is continuing with their affair of filing mass suits against me.

Look, I can even promote their site Навальногокответу.рф.

OK.

Meanwhile, being parts of the Good Propaganda Machine, we keep looking for cheap, easy, and asymmetric methods of making things lively for the crooks and thieves.
Have a look at the money from my wallet.

At first, protesting with banknotes seemed to be funny, but ineffective. Somewhat bizarre and a bit silly.

Until we discovered the Central Bank’s statistics on the turnover rate of banknotes.

Briefly:
The average wearout period of banknotes for 10 and 50 rouble denominations is 6-7 months: 100 roubles – about one year; 500 and 1000 roubles – about two years.
Every single 10 and 50 rouble banknote changes hands three times a day, 100 roubles –twice, 500 and 1000 roubles – once a day.

Thus, prior to their removal from circulation, every 10 and 50 rouble note is viewed by approximately 600-700 individuals. And even assuming that some may overlook our inscription, the total number is still around 200 people.

100 banknotes mean no less than twenty thousand people.

We need about five thousand volunteers, each of them needing to stamp 100 banknotes by the end of the year. That way, the “propaganda money” will pass through the hands of every Russian citizen at least once.

More than 8000 participants of the GPM have volunteered to do this work. So, don’t be lazy! Buy a rotating alphabet stamp and get going! It’s quite cheap, relatively effective, and absolutely legal.

This practice has shown that these banknotes are universally accepted, they pass any checks for authenticity, and payment terminals take them with no trouble, as well.

Here’s a special instructional video on the subject:

It would be very, very good if you would take the time to spread this video around as much as possible.
But please, don’t think that “just because Navalny has posted the video, everybody is sure to have already seen it ”. Not at all: the link shows 40-100 thousand views, while we need a couple of million, like here.
The video should be especially promoted on VKontakte and Odnoklassinki.ru, where a whole lot of politically indifferent people gather.
It’s quite an easy method.
Any local forum, message-board, etc., will do nicely.

Sure, the lettering may be altered, improved, updated and perfected. This is only one suggestion.
No doubt, it would be really good to write in detail and in lay-terms about the Gunvor Co. or the thievery under the Transnft Co. - except, as you've probably already noticed, banknotes are rather small in size.
But simple slogans such as “Putin is a thief” or “United Russia is the Party of Crooks and Thieves” can be done effortlessly.

When asked to define the United Russia party in a few words, as many as 11 per cent of Russians immediately gave the right answer:

We have to raise this number from 11% to 75%.
And we can achieve this because these slogans are true.

Here’s a small and very easy-to-do job for the GPM:

1. Promote the video.
2. Buy a rotating letter stamp at the nearest stationer's.
3. Make it your daily practice to stamp the paper money you get as change. 100 banknotes within a year will be an easy task for you.
4. Show and tell your friends, neighbours and workmates; 20 per cent of them will do the same.

And let Bourmatov pursue his claims.

It sounds unusual but reasonable. Better than nothing or sitting on our hands.Deterioration of the people's life will be the most reasonable evidence for knocking this regime down.
