By the way, today (because I was earlier held at the detention centre) there will be a court hearing (Basmanny Court, judicial district #387) specifically on this seizure.

In their reports, the riot policemen have written that I shouted, “Putin is a thief!”, was swinging my arms, resisted the police, and hindered passers-by.

Will the court consent to watching the video recording my arrest, I wonder?

"Culture- Multure" is the phrase spoken by Navalny at the end of the video.

In Russian, people sometimes use double words and change the first sound to [m-]. It is usually said in a mocking, or dismissive manner. The Russian word «культура» (“culture”, “politeness”, “good breeding”) can also be sometimes pronounced that way: "Culture-multure”, without any special purpose, only for fun.

In the video, when Alexey is being taken away by the cops, he keeps saying loudly, for everyone to hear, that he is obeying the police, and adds that phrase - “[Culture-multure]” – perhaps, wishing to relieve the situation with a joke and to stress that he is polite and “cultural” during his arrest.

So, in this blog entry's title he’s quoting his own phrase from the video.

Multure can be translated as to pay in kind for grinding, from Scottish.(плата натурой за помол перевод с шотландского, устаревшее слово)
A.Navalny has a shocking sense of humour and great personal charisma! God Bless You!
