The authorities are spooked.

If you aren't dancing to "Opa Opa" in Turkey (which is good), or sitting inside a police cell in the Sovetsky city district of Ufa (which is worse), then come to the Oktyabrskaya underground station on May 6th.
The march will go along Yakimanka St. to Bolotnaya Sq.
Meet at 3:00 pm.
Protest actions will take place in many cities - join the nearest one.
On Thursday the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Vladimir Churov, was awarded the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky, a source in the CEC Executive Board told RIA Novosti news agency.
The order is bestowed upon distinguished statespersons and politicians.
There was no official statement on the Churov award. According to the Vedomosti daily photographer, after awarding 55 people enlisted by the Kremlin press service, the journalists were asked to leave because "there was another event scheduled here".
State criminals and falsifiers bestow national awards upon one another in the Kremlin (despite feeling uneasy and avoiding the cameras).
What other reasons and motives do you need to oppose such a regime?
Update:
@timurkhorev and other guys received three day sentences. Judicial decisions are churned out by J.P. Simonova, Olga Stepanovna. She spends two minutes (literally) per person.

That's our justice system for you.
